The service was first class. I dealt with Louisa who confirmed the offer after I accurately described the condition of the car, However, as it was my daughters car I was not aware of some minor damage to a wheel arch when the driver collected it. No matter, after contacting his office, the driver confirmed the valuation stood.
BTST state they offer at least 10% more that webuyanycar.com, they did more than that in this instance and so much more than the part exchange offer. Unlike webuyanycar.com they will not knock you down if the description is accurate.
The money for the car was in my daughters account immediately.
I would urge anyone to use this service if they are in the process of changing their vehicle as you can be assured of an honest transaction.
